LTS was established in 1998 as a workforce training institution dedicated to offering valuable professional development opportunities, initially on a for-profit basis. In our commitment to giving back to the community, we launched LTS Grow with Success, our nonprofit initiative, launched in 2024, is designed to provide greater access to training and support for those who need it most.

Over the years, we have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact that training has had on individuals within our community. However, we also recognized that many people were unable to access our programs due to financial or time constraints. As a result, we made a deliberate decision to transition to a nonprofit model, aligning our values with the goal of increasing accessibility and providing greater opportunities to those who need them most, ultimately enriching our community.

We plan to give back by offering workforce and safety training opportunities to our community at little to no cost for participants. This initiative aims to increase accessibility to essential skills, empowering individuals to advance in their careers while fostering overall community growth and development.

We are currently in the seed stage of our initiative, focusing on recruiting donors and actively applying for grant opportunities. Our goal is to secure the necessary support to bring our vision to life in breaking down entry barriers to career opportunities. Once we have established these foundations, we will be able to announce the schedule for our upcoming training courses.
